Do we hold stock?

Due to the wide range of frames we offer, we do not hold any frames in stock, they are all made to order. We will have individual frames for sale due to a workshop ‘tidy up’, our quality has not be compromised, they are 100%.

Once you have placed an order for a frame, we will contact you to advise when your frame will be ready for collection. This is normally 7 working days unless otherwise advised.

Collection is from 1 The Willows, Calne, SN11 8LX at a time to suitable to you apart from Wednesday & Friday afternoons between 2pm and 6pm. Evening collection up until 8pm. These times may vary due to circumstances.

Do we deliver?

We used to post the items, but due to some breakages recently, we have regretfully taken the decision to now offer collection only. I have been sending frames for years without any problems, but I now cannot rely on the carrier system. Its disheartening when something arrives damaged and the customer is disappointed, its also very costly to rectify.

Can I pay on collection?

As the frames are made to order, payment is required in advance

When will my frame be ready to collect?

Most frames are ready for collection in 7 working days from payment. Our working days are Monday to Friday only, orders placed after 5pm will be timed from the next working day. The lead time may be extended by a couple of days in busy periods such as Christmas.

Are the frames easy to use?

The frames are very easy to use, for information on how to use your frame click here

Are hangers included?

A hardware pack is included for the frame style ordered, this includes D-rings, screws, cord and bumpers. Holes are pre-drilled for the screws.
